The Truth About Ageing podcast was first launched in June 2021 and has been a slowly growing community of beautiful humans that want to learn more about how to support themselves and their loved ones!

The podcast isn't just for seniors - it's for anyone with parents, grandparents, loved ones over 65 years old or anyone that identifies as or knows someone that identifies as Aboriginal or Torres Straight Islander over 50.
